Inventory Reporting



All of our inventory reports are professionally carried out in accordance with the recognised industry standards and can be tailored to your requirements. Our Inventory report is a straightforward and to the point list explaining the contents, fixtures, fittings and cleanliness of a property that is to be rented out. The report also contains a detailed outline of condition of a given property – noting the existing state of all items and any deterioration, together backed with professional digital images on all reports.

Tenant Check-In / Check-out

We can arrange to meet your tenant at the rental property. We can do this on move in day or before the start of their tenancy. We will go through the Inventory Report with them and obtain their signature on the document(s). We will also, where possible, take meter readings and agree them with your tenant. We can also hand over the property key(s) should you require us to do so.  We can then run through the exact same process when the tenant leaves

Mid term property inspection

Property inspections are unavoidable. Carrying out regular interim inspections helps to reduce the chance of a dispute at the end of a tenancy. If landlords fail to check their rental properties often, they won’t spot issues before they become a big problem. It’s also a good chance to ask tenants how they’re getting on and to keep the line of communication open with them.
